Over here at Yours Truli we work via what we call Selections. Rather than taking on a set number of clients with long-term contracts, we offer "Selections" which are specific agreements on services we'll provide, with the contract specific to that Selection. Once we've completed the work in that Selection to our customer's liking, they can go on and "do their thing" as they please outside of our company, and if they want more work from us, they just order another Selection!
In this way, we are able to have clearly defined services and projects, so that both our customers and us know exactly what is expected each time we conduct business. It allows us to put high standards on every piece of work we do, as each work is treated more like an individual project. It also lets us reach more customers and allows our designers to essentially freelance within our company. We're not here to bash on the traditional client model, it just wasn't for us!
You can grab one Selection or combine Selections, as works best for you. The beauty is knowing whichever way you choose, what you get will be top-quality, and tailored heavily to you so that the final product is just how you want it!
When you combine different Selections we will consider that as your one Selection. For example if you want both the Graphic Starter Kit and Web Complete Kit, we would combine those into the Graphic+Web Design Kit (Selection) for you and deliver that entire service for you. In terms of changes and approvals, we have a specific number of amendments allotted per Selection contract, with the ability to purchase more if necessary.
Then once that project's considered finished, later down the road if you would want more business cards, you could purchase our Business Cards Selection and that would be delivered to you as a new sale, independent of any previous Selections you'd bought. Here you can find a list of Selections. Note that we work in both English & in Portuguese. For versions that differ by language, we charge 150% (1 and a half) of the standard Selection price for that package if you want versions of your content in both languages :)
